have windows XP SP3, everythings ok but cannot update, always getting message that can't file the file "proplus.msi". when I checked with Microsoft as I did not get the CD with the computer, they said after I do a back-up. I had to delete windows and re-install. this is so much work, is it possible to install only this specific file. Thank you for your help.

My boss's Microsoft Office will not open any documents...it keeps asking for the "product key number", we do not have the disk or any of the documents that came with this system, is there a way to renew/download the PID?
